Sales & Marketing Executive

Scope of Work

Generate new business with existing and potential customer networks.
Act as the point of contact and handle our customer needs.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for business or company growth.
Reporting weekly sales activities (including competitor activity) to management.
Achieved the sales target set.

Requirements:

Min Diploma Level and above.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin & English will be an added advantage
Excellent presentation, good communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding Sales and have an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
A dynamic person who can work under minimum supervision.
Able to close the business deals and achieve the sales target.
Own Transport is required.

Export Documentation Coordinator

Requirements

Min Diploma Level
Min 1 year working experience in Freight Forwarder Industry Handling export Shipment
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin & English will be an added advantage
Work From Home Experience is advantage
Must have own transport

Job Responsibilities

Need to deal with shipping liner, oversea agents and transporter for shipping arrangement.
Prepare Bill of Lading / Air way bill, and others custom document for export shipment.
Need to apply CO and send pre-alert to overseas agent.
Must work closely with Sales Team in monitoring status of shipments.
